Sedation Dentistry in Indianapolis, IN

Do you have dental anxiety? You are not alone!

Many of the patients who initially contact our dental office express similar concerns about treatment. Our goal is to provide dentistry that is pain-free and comfortable, taking the fear out of dental care.

For some patients, getting to know our experienced and compassionate team is enough. For others, however, their fear is more severe and they need a little help relaxing. For those patients, we offer sedation dentistry in our Indianapolis dental office.

To determine if sedation dentistry is right for you, it is best to contact our office and set up a consultation. We will gather some information regarding your medical history and any medication you take that may affect the sedation process.

Things To Consider About Sedation Dentistry

Do you have difficulty getting numb?

Dental anxiety can make it difficult for some patients to get completely numb. We may need to use more anesthetic than is typically necessary, leaving you with a numb face for hours after your work is complete. Because sedation dentistry eliminates anxiety, anesthetic can often work more efficiently, making the whole process more pleasant for you.

Did you have a bad experience in the past?

Our goal is to turn those negative feelings around and give you a positive dental experience every time you visit our office. Sedation dentistry takes the worry out of your treatment, allowing you to completely relax.

Do you have a lot of treatment you would like to accomplish at one appointment?

We are able to complete a greater number of procedures when you opt for sedation because you are completely relaxed and will not have a strong gag reflex or feel compelled to move around during treatment. Many of our patients even fall asleep because they are so calm and can enjoy a worry-free experience.
